GRAFTON AND RADCOT GRAFTON SP2600-2700 9/56 Bennett's Cottage (Formerly listed as Cottage 12.9.55 immediately N of Lower Farmhouse) - II

Shown on O.S. map as Bennetts.

Cottage. Probably late C18, roof said to have been raised c.1940. Roughly coursed limestone rubble; stone slate roof. 2-cell plan with end stacks. 2 storeys. Two C20 casements with contemporary wood lintels to first floor and one to ground floor to left of 4-panel door: small C19 casement to right. Integral end stacks with outline of former roof pitch visible below to right.
