SINNINGTON MAIN STREET SE 78 NW (east side, off) 8/81 Elmsall House - II Farmhouse. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Squared sandy limestone with slate roof; pantile roof to rear wing. Originally central-entry plan, 1 central-entry plan, 1 1/2 rooms deep; rear service wing raised and altered later. 2-storey, 3-window front. Original entrance now blocked by 12-pane sash. Original panelled door removed to rear service wing. 12-pane sash to first floor centre; remaining windows are 16-pane sashes. Painted stone sills and painted tooled lintels throughout. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks.
