Warehouse. c.1800. Brick with stone dressings.5 storeys, 7 x 3 bays. Windows have wedge lintels and casements, those to 3rd and 6th bays barred. 1st bay windows and central loading bay are blocked, with inserted oval lights.

Entrances in end bays; and entablature. Top cornice and central 3-bay pediment. Left return has loading bay and altered gable. Right return has pediment containing lunette; rain water head has lion mask. Built as warehouse attached to the house of Mr. Parr, now the Royal Institution C/F.
