Former farmhouse, probably C16 or C17. 2 storeys. 3 cell plan with lobby- entrance. Timber-framed, the front elevation encased in early C19 red brick, the remainder plastered. Hipped plaintiled roof; an axial chimney, the shaft rebuilt in C19 red brick. Early C19 small-pane sashes, those at ground storey with flat arches of gauged brick. C19 6-panelled door at lobby-entrance position, the upper panels glazed: a fluted architrave with paterae. Interior not examined.
