HATFIELD MANOR ROAD SE 6609 (SE 60 NE) (west side) 16/45 Barn immediately to south-east of Hatfield House Farmhouse GV II Barn. Dated 1755. Red brick in English garden all bond pantile roof.

2 storeys , 5 bays. Nest side has central boarded door beneath low wooden lintel; slit vents to ground floor blocked, those above open. Eaves band; shaped kneelers and gable copings. Rear: opposed ground-floor doorway in wooden frame; three lst-floor hatches beneath flat arches (that to right bricked up); decorative lozenge-shaped vents. Right return: bricked openings and decorative slit vents; the numerals of date 1755 form tie-rod ends.

Interior: collared principal-rafter roof trusses.
