Warehouse. 1863. fronting Paradise Street and Duke Street Lane. 5 storeys, 4 bays. Brick, with round-arched recessed loading bays, ending in gabled catchead with date, and segmental-headed window with stanchions. Narrow bay to left with tall round-arched entrance.
