5214 House, now part of Messrs Wilkinson's s Jam factory and TL 91 NW 16/59 adjacent wall II 2.

Early C19, painted brick house, 2 storeys with grey slate hipped roof. Three window range double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. Wide eaves overhang. Modern extension replaces original porch. Red brick chimney stacks.

Adjacent wall late C18 red brick.
