House, now shop and flats. Mid C18 and C19. Squared coursed limestone and brick, part rendered, with plain-tile roof. T-shape plan. 2 and 3 storeys. Elevation to street is a 3-window range at first floor of unhorned sash windows, with glazing bars, under wood lintels. Late C19/early C20 shop front, now modified, has canted sides and central glazed doors. Arch-head entrance to through passage to right of shop front. Ashlar gable parapets with kneelers on line of party wall. Rear wing is 3 storeys, remodelled C20. Included for group value.
