NORTHLEACH WITH WEST END SP 1114 EASTINGTON (south side) 8/119 House occupied by Mrs. Haines GV II

House in row adjoining Lyon Cottage (q.v.). Probably C17, refaced C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, slate roof, brick stack and C20 artificial stone stack. Symmetrical, 3-storey, 3- bay, 2-windowed facade. Twelve-pane sashes to ground and first floor within dressed stone surrounds with keystones. Two-light casements with leaded panes to second floor (casements with leaded panes now partly replaced by casements with horizontal glazing bars). Central C19 four-panel front door (upper panels now glazed). Boot scraper left of door. Gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
