Cottage. C17 with C20 additions to east. Timber framed with painted brick nogging, and brick additions; thatched roof, hipped to west, and stack to rear. L-plan with 3 framed bays in western arm. 1 storeys.

South front, left-hand block: 3-light leaded casement to left and two 2-light leaded casements to right, C2O boarded door between second and third windows from left. Sun Fire Insurance plate above right-hand casement. Right-hand block: C20. Painted brick with planted timber framing; hipped thatched roof. 2 storeys. One first floor 2-light casement, one-light ground floor casement and 2-light ground floor casement; boarded door to left with gabled thatched porch.
