TV 4898 SEAFORD SOUTH STREET No 18 2/49 II

House and shop. Early to mid C19. Front rendered to ground floor with pebbledash above. Left hand side mainly stack brick with patch of cobbles. Right hand side has C20 brick skin. Hipped tiled roof with truncated brick stack. Front has mid C19 sash with marginal glazing and moulded architrave to 1st floor and mid C19 5-light canted bay shopfront to ground floor and left side doorcase. The top 4 panels glazed with 2 panels below. Plinth . Side elevation has dentilled eaves cornice and 2 sliding sashes. 2 blocked doorcases and 1 blocked window.
