Includes No 1 Hendford Drive. Circa 1900 house built by Barry Parker, an interesting and early Parker "Arts and Crafts" design, on corner site, and using local materials. Two-storeys sandstone "brick", partially timber framed first floor. Multiple range of leaded casement windows under deep flat eaves. Steep pitched slate roof with battered chimneys. Stone mullioned ground floor windows, one with doorway in common ashlar surround. The corner is canted with a heavily corbelled but delicately modelled oriel window. The east front has a carefully balanced projection and recession with a long rectangular bay window set over recessed entrance with inset low canted bay window next to the door.
