WEST PARLEY SZ 09 NE CHURCH LANE (West) 12/74 The Old Rectory 18.3.55 - II House. Early C19. Stucco walls, plinth, stone cills. Low-pitched hipped slate roof, with widely-spaced brackets to a wide eaves soffit. Symmetrical east front elevation of two storeys three windows. Sashes in reveals.

Porch of extremely plain order; blocking course, cornice, frieze on coupled brackets (at each side), entrance within fanlight and double doors. The south (garden) elevation is symmetrical of four windows, of similar form but with French casements to the ground floor. There is a service building of L-shape at the north side, and west of the south front is a plain structure (former chapel?) with a porch.
