City of London Coal Duty marker. 1861. Cast by Henry Crissell, London. Marked extent of coal duty, 20 miles circumference from General Post Office. Cast iron square pier one and a half metres high. Chamfered corners. Pyramid top. City of London crest on necking. Plaque beneath: 'Act 24 and 25 Vict Cap 42'.
