Farmhouse. Late C18, altered mid-C19. Coursed dressed rubble with brick and ashlar dressings, plain tiled roof with scalloped pierced bargeboards at gable ends and rubble end chimney with offsets and brick stacks. Two storeys, attic and cellar.

Three bays; central bay is gabled. Windows have cambered brick heads and ashlar sills; 20-pane sashes in outer bays and central first floor 16-pane sash. Lunette with central glazing bar in central gable. Central entrance has a shallow open pediment on engaged columns and a half-glazed C19 door with a moulded architrave.

Lean-to outshut with catslide roof at rear, extended by C20 lean-to addition.
