City of London Coal Duty Marker. 1861. Cast by Henry Grissell, Regents Canal Ironworks. Cast iron square pier one and a half metres high, painted white. Chamfered corners. Pyramid top. City of London crest on necking. Inscription '24 Vict' on front face. Marked extent of coal duty, 20 miles circumference from General Post Office.
