Late C18 to early C19. 3 storeys. 3-window bays. Slate roof. Stuccoed front.

3-light sash window with glazing bars to either end on all floors. Centre 3 panes wide sash window on 1st floor. Centre doorway with pilasters and entablature; 6-panelled door in reveals (upper 4 panels glazed).

Nos 60 to 62 (consec) form a group with The Guildha11, Bridge Street.
