1903. Cheston and Parkins, architects. 2 storeys, brick and stone and 2 1-light square-headed dormers in slate roof behind stone balustraded parapet above main cornice. Stone Doric half-columns to 5 ground floor windows, and entrance each side with stone sculptured case. Purple brick below ground floor windows and at lst floor which has 7 sash windows with glazing bars and red brick cases.

All the listed buildings in Market Hill (South Side) form a group.
