Town house or possibly former farmhouse. Late C18. Granite rubble with flat ground-floor arches with projecting keyblocks; steep dry slate roof; rendered end stacks; large right-hand stack probably formerly a lateral stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes and central doorway with C20 split, boarded door. One of a row of C18/early C19 houses. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a good group, unusual for its continuity as a predominantly C18 row.
