SANDHURST TQ7828 SHARP'S HILL 1350-0/9/244 Bayford House II House. Early C17 altered in early C19 and with C20 wing to rear. Ground floor red brick in Flemish bond with tile-hung 1st floor. C19 tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys attics and basement; 3 windows. 2 C19 gabled dormers with casements. C19 casements to lower floors. Cambered headed openings to basement. C19 gabled weatherporch with curved weatherboarding. C17 kitchen wing to rear. c.1625 open fireplace to parlour and another to kitchen which has Victorian range.
