Equestrian statue group known as the Hawking Party. Mid C19. Ashlar.

Supported by substantial plinth the whole structure stands approximately 6 metres high. Depicts woman mounted on prancing horse, her arm raised (possibly originally holding a hawk), with figures of man and boys running alongside. Plinth is rectangular, with moulded panels and cornice, and decorative volute diagonal buttresses. Raised on a mount which is encircled by trees.
