Shop and flat. Early C19. Timber-framed and rendered with concrete-tiled hipped roof behind plain parapet and one flank stack. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 3-window range; large C20 rear extensions. Front has 3 small-paned 2-light casements on 2nd floor. 1st floor has three 12-pane sash windows in moulded surrounds. Ground floor has C20 shop front with central entrance and deep fascia. 1st floor inaccessible. INTERIOR: not inspected.
