Farmhouse, now residential home. C17 to C19. Painted brick; Welsh slate roof. Irregular plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range: 6/6 sashes under ornate stucco hood mouldings. Entrance to left: C20 part-glazed door and overlight, set in C19 bay window with 2/2 sashes to sides. Advanced gable wing, to left: 2 tiers of similar 6/6 sashes. Left returned side: 2 sashes over gable porch and similar sash; painted rubble to rear. Wing to right: painted brick; timber-frame with brick infill; hipped Welsh slate roof; C20 door and casement; various casements to right returned side. Gable wing to rear. INTERIOR not inspected.
