Situated behind and to west of Nos 43 and 45 (Falcon House). C17 house. Plastered.

Steep pantile roof with gable ends; 2 storeys. Two windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway with moulded architrave doorcase with cornice and glazed door. Brick chimney stack at each end and one off centre. Interior: chamfered beams and one moulded beam.
