Farmhouse. Early C19 with late C19 additions. Stucco at front, elsewhere painted brick; hipped, slate roof with overhanging eaves, 2 large brick stacks to rear roof pitch. Two storeys, 3 bays, clasping pilasters at ends; windows have stone sills and moulded architraves, and are 16-pane sashes; central first floor window is blocked and a glazing bar sash painted in; central entrance has a flat moulded canopy on Doric columns, and doorway with round-headed moulded architrave, 6-panelled door and barred segmental fanlight. Interior not inspected.
