TQ 2881 NE CITY OF WESTMINSTER QUEEN ANNE STREET, Wl 45/120 (north side) 5.2.70 No 24 G.V. II Terraced town house, c1760-1770. Portland Estate development. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor, slate roof. Nearly symmetrical astylar front.
4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Doorway in centre with wooden doorcase of engaged Doric columns, triglyphed dosserets and mutuled open pediment; panelled door in plain reveals and soffit with moulded doorhead and fanlight. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged arches to upper floors; tripartite left hand ground floor window. Plat band over ground floor stuccowork and sill band to 1st floor cut by lengthening of windows. Parapet with coping. Cast iron plumbed spike finialed area railings. Interior not inspected.
