SE 88 SE ALLERSTON VILLAGE STREET (west side) 10/10 Mill Cottage GV II House. Mid C18 with later alteration. Coursed sandstone rubble, whitewashed; pantile roof; rebuilt brick stacks. 2-cell, end passage plan, with entrance in lower range. 1 1/2-storey, 2-window front, with 1 1/2-storey, single window range to left. C20 board door under timber lintel to left, with 2-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sash above. One 2-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sash to right, and C20 2-light, small-pane casement at end right. Two similar windows to first floor. Timber lintels and C20 louvred shutters to ground floor windows. End stacks.
