BUCKLAND BREWER SS41NW Park Farmhouse and 10/74 attached outbuilding II Farmhouse. C17, with later alterations. Colourwashed render over stone and cob; gabled slate roof; rendered stone end stacks.

3-unit plan with rear outshut. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Flat rendered arches over central C20 door and C20 casements.

Interior inspection not possible but noted as having chamfered beams and chamfered bressummer over open fireplace to left.

Subsidiary features: C17 linhay attached to right, of coursed slatestone rubble with gabled corrugated iron roof: has A-frame roof trusses with pegged collars.
