1082 (South Side) No 31 TL 5380 1/125 II GV 2.

A C16 timber framed and plastered house refronted in the C18, 2 storeys, the upper storey is plastered and the ground storey is built out in brick.

3 window range, mullioned and transomed casements with boarded shutters on the ground storey. The doorway has a narrow architrave and an enriched pediment on console brackets, There is a later extension at the west end.

1 storey and semi-basement. 2 window range, mullioned and transomed casements.

A wing extends to the north at the rear on the east end. Roof tiled, steeply pitched, with old Cambridgeshire tiles. The interior has exposed ceiling beams and framing.

Egremont House & Nos 30 & 31 form a group.
