Early Cl8, 2 storey, stucco, lined and painted, plinth, parapet. Pantile roof. Near-flush sash window, at each floor, with altered glazing bars. Early Cl9 entrance doorcase with panelled reveals., modern glazed door.
Moyshiel Restaurant. No 44, Nos 48 to 54 (even). Nos 60 to 78 (even) and Courtyard form a group.
