11/22 Threshing barn and gin-gang, 40 metres north of Elstob Hall II

Threshing barn and attached gin-gang. Circa 1840. Light-red engineering brick in English garden wall bond, and Welsh slate roofs. L-plan barn with circular gin-gang attached near re-entrant angle.

Single-storey threshing barn has fixed lights under stone lintels and a roof hipped over returns. Gin-gang has rectangular-plan piers and a conical roof with cast-iron finial.

C20 additions to threshing barn are not of special interest.
