House, now offices. Early C19. Solid rendered front. Slated roof. Base of old red brick chimney on left side wall. 3 storeys. 3-window range; irregular fenestration. Ground storey has 6-panelled door to left; panelled reveals; flanking pilasters, but no entablature. C20 shop front to right. Upper storey windows have 8-paned sashes. Deep, boxed eaves cornice.
