TG 2207 NW NEWMARKET ROAD (south-east side) 27/575 5.6.72. Nos. 16 and 18 GV II Pair of houses. Early/mid C19. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof with central gabled pediment; 3 brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 4 first-floor windows. No. 16 has single-storey painted brick porch to left side elevation and side entrance to No. 18 has rendered architrave with decorative consoles.

Bays, of which 2 project in centre, are defined by brick pilasters and have sash windows with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Moulded box cornice.
