Shop, probably originally dwelling. Early C18. Brick with plain tiled hipped roof. 3 storeys and attic dormer, 2-window range. Inserted late C20 shop front with remains of earlier moulded cornice over, then flush-framed 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads, and continuous sill bands. Coved eaves cornice. Hipped gabled dormer window in roof.
