PREES C.P. PREES GREEN SJ 53 SE 7/84 Barn approx. 10m - south of Chapel Cottage - II Barn. Mid- to late-C17 with later alterations. Timber framed with painted brick infill to front and corrugated iron cladding to rear; corrugated iron roof. 2 levels; doors to left, right and centre with infilled window to centre on ground floor. Framing: large square panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate, with some later horizontal members and long straight tension braces; reused jowled wall posts and other timbers.

Interior: staggered single-purlin roof in 2 wide bays with central queen- post truss and slightly curved windbraces. Lofts to left and right, latter late C20.
