FRODSHAM C.P. MANLEY ROAD SJ 57 SW (East Side) 5/102 L-shaped farm building 15 metres south east of Riley Bank Farmhouse.

GV II L-shaped farm building containing former pigsty, stables and cart-shed. Probably early C19. Coursed red sandstone; grey slate roof partly replaced in corrugated asbestos. On sloping ground; 3 storeys to front, 2 to back. Front has 5 camber-arched pigsty openings with 2 replaced casements to middle storey above. Back of main wing has 2 boarded doors, 1 divided, and 1 small hopper stable window; plain pitching eye to hayloft. Rear wing has altered doorways to former cartshed; external stone steps against rear gable.

Item 103 (shippon) and this item form an attractive group.
