Circa 1820 house of 2 storeys and basements. Ashlar faced. Plinth on left hand becomes basement to right due to slope. Well proportioned 3 window elevation.
The ground floor windows and door in shallow semi-circular arched recesses. Band across at impost level giving arcaded effect. 1st floor sill band, moulded cornice and parapet with central panel. Recessed sashes, glazing bars intact. Central door of 6 panels - 4 fielded with voided corners and 2 flush with reeding. Reeded surround end doorhead, extended over narrow blind side lights with diamond pattern.
Diamond pattern also to panel over doorhead and semi-circular fanlight with delicate radial - swag glazing pattern.
St Andrew's Church of England Junior School and No 7 form a group.
