HIGHAM LOWER STREET TM 03 NW (south side) 3/10 - The Old Cottage GV II House. Probable C16 origins with later alterations and additions. Timber-framed, thatched roof. One storey. Off-centre lobby-entry plan with later rear range.

C20 gabled porch. Close-studding with down brace to left. Pair of 2-light case- ments with leaded lights and low 3-light C20 window to left. Rebuilt stack. Roof hipped to left. Interior not inspected.
