Corner house, now bank. Earlier C19. Local lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone dressings; Welsh slate roof behind low parapet, plain gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays north elevation. Plain parapet with band course, and rounded north east corner up to parapet level; 16-pane sash windows below and 12-pane above in plain openings with dovetailed stone lintols; central doorway with C2O segmental pediemented hood on brackets, all in timber. Simple rendered extension to rear. Interior not seen. In prominent position at south end of Broad Street.
