ELLERBY LANGTHORPE ROAD TA 13 NE (north side) 6/18 Langthorpe Hall - II Farmhouse. Early C19 with later additions and alterations. Gault brick to front and garden facades,otherwise reddish-pink brick in Flemish bond, with stone dressings and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays with outshut to rear. Plinth. Entrance to second bay a late C19 glazed porch over part- glazed, 6-panelled door with decorative fanlight in pilastered surround.

12-pane sashes throughout with ashlar sills and channelled wedge lintels with keystones. Paired gutter brackets. Hipped roof. 2 front stacks.

Garden facade: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Plinth. Unequally hung 20-pane tall sashes to ground floor; 16-pane sashes to first floor, all with ashlar sills and channelled wedge lintels with keystones. Interior: shutters to some windows, 6-panel doors, cantilevered staircase with stick balusters and wreathed handrail.
