TICKENHAM C. P. CLEVEDON ROAD (north side) ST 47 SE 4/101 Nos. 1, 2 and 3 Folly Cottages G.V. II Farmhouse, now 3 houses. C17 origin, remodelled C18 (probably c.1730) with later cross wing and other alterations. Limestone rubble, rendered cross wing, double Roman tiled roofs with stone ridge stack to main range. T-plan, possibly originally through passage. 2 storeys and 3 windows, all irregularly spaced sashes in exposed boxes with timber lintels, ground floor has door with C20 gabled porch to left, 1/2-glazed door to right, 3 sashes between and C20 plate- glass window to far right, one sash between floor levels to right and 2 C20 dormers; wing to front left, lower 2-storey, has C20 French window and dormer to inner side, 2-light casement in gable end and large stack; gable end of later cross wing to far left has C20 plate-glass window at ground and first floor and 1/2-glazed door. Right return has 2-light casement at attic level and single storey addition with garage doors in gable end. Left return has roof of main range hipped, cross wing has 2 C20 windows and 1/2-glazed door, 2 C20 dormers.

Rear has irregular fenestration, three 2-light casements at first floor at different levels, one to left with timber lintel, 1/2-glazed door to left, door to right with single light to each side and C20 2-light casement to right; inner side of cross wing has C20 plate-glass window at ground floor and 2-light dormer, single storey lean-to to right. Interior: not inspected.
