Originally one building with Stratton Lodge. Dated 1722. Red brick.

Two storeys and attics.

Stratton House. Brick parapet, moulded brick dentil cornice. 2: 1: 2 windows, segmental arches in wood architrave, double hung sashes with glazing bars, carved keystones. Centre one window section,, dated on label, breaks forward, flanked by two narrow blank panels. Ground floor has similar windows, without keystones. Stone plinth. Good doorcase with grooved pilasters, triglyph and guttae frieze.

Ornamental semi-circular fanlight, panelled door. Four steps.

Interior retains original staircase and panelling.

To left is a two storey extension upper storey rough rendered, lower of brick. Tile roof. Carriage entrance to left. One three-light sash window, wood mullions, plain architrave.
