Roughcast on brick base, tile-hung 1st floor and half-hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, right return of 5 bays, left return of 4 bays. Central bays break forward under gables, end bays canted forward. Centre has brick nogged band.
Windows have small-paned casements, centre has half- octagonal 2-storey bays, ground floor entablatures, 1st floor panelled aprons and tile canopy. End bays have 4- light canted bay windows, 2-light windows above. Entrances have flat canopies, plank doors with leaded lights and flanking lights. Right return has projecting lateral stack to 1st bay, 2nd gabled bay and 3rd and 4th bays with 1st floor jettied on posts, gabled 1st floor windows; 5th bay recessed with gabled projecting end. Some strapwork to 2nd bay, basket brick band to end bay. Left return similar, but without end bay. 5 cross-axial stacks. Rear similar.
