C16 and C17. Timber frame and red brick nogging, in parts faced in later brick. Two storeys. Modern three-light casements. Two small gables of later date. Hipped tile roof. Central stone chimney with moulded cornice and modern diagonal shafts. South-west wing of circa 1700, red brick, two storeys and attic. Tile roof with gable ends, modern mullion casements, gabled dormer, stringcourses, diagonal brick chimney. Fireplace of circa 1700 with bolection moulded surround. RCHM volume II, page 215.
