C18 origin. 2 storeys in stone, rough rendered. Stone slate roof with stone stacks, kneeler to left. 6 windows in stone architraves, modern casements. Similar architraves to 3 doors, narrow rectangular fanlights.
1 modern shop front and 2 small C19 shop fronts with wood fascia. Plinth.
Boroughgate elevation has 2 windows in stone architraves end similar doorway.
Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group with Nos 65 and 67 Boroughgate, Nos 7 to to 11, Caley House, and Nos 4 t 8 (even), Cross Green.
