Probably late C18 with alterations. 3 storeys, 5 and 2 windows respectively. Red brick. Stone coping. Sash windows with glazing bars and gauged flat arches. Ground floor, C19 inn front, passageway through under, and shop front (No 35) with wood case. Lead rainwater head and fall. All the listed buildings in Friar Street form a group.
