Early C19. Stucco. 3 storeys. Elevation divided into bays by simple Doric pilasters rising from rusticated ground floor. 4 windows. Frieze, cornice and blocking course. Ground floor, flat roof verandah, partly glazed. Nos 38 to 50 (even) form a group.
