Early C20 iron framed neo- Georgian shop front returned under entablature-fascia. Upper floors have recessed C19 plate glass sashes under flat gauged arches. 1st floor painted stone sill band and band cornice over 2nd floor; parapet with coping. The basement is No 28 Wellington Street, ground floor No 3 Tavistock Street, 1st floor No 5, 2nd floor No 7, 3rd floor No 9 and 4th floor no 11.
