4/6 Cottage at Vineleigh Farm

Cottage. C17. Timber framed, and red brick possible replacing some of the framing. The brickwork is now painted. Steeply pitched roof, now covered in corrugated iron but probably retaining its original rafters. Ridge stack with rebuilt upper courses and offsets between the shafts and the base. Later end stack. One storey and attic. Two dormers. Three C18-C19 ground floor windows under segmental arches. The rear wall retains some framing and wattle and daub infill.
