II GV 2. Circa 1790-1800 3 storeys ashlar with bevelled corner to passage. Coved cornice, parapet. 2 windows to upper floors, glazing bars intact 2nd floor. Garage/store entrance to right on ground floor and mid C19 shop to corner, panelled pilasters, consoles to fascia. In passage to side entrance to No 122: door of 6 fielded panels with radial glazed fanlight.

Nos 114 to 126 (even) Cornwell Buildings with No 31 to rear of Nos 120-122, form a group.
